Vendor Information for the 2025 Market Season

THIS IS BASIC INFORMATION- SEE THE APPLICATION FOR ALL DETAILS
Printed copies are available in the box on the porch of the CCA Building.

READ ALL OF THE FACT SHEET. You are responsible for adhering to every policy and procedure throughout the whole season.

WHERE & WHEN
  • Outdoors on the Alex Hubb Field at Chincoteague Cultural Alliance, 6309 Church Street, Chincoteague
  • 9 AM-1 PM, Saturdays  from May 10 to October 25 & Wednesdays from June 11 to September 27 (except Pony Penning Week when the Market will be on Tuesday, July 29). The Holly Day Market will be on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, November 29.
  • Market is RAIN OR SHINE.  However, extreme weather could cause the event to be cancelled by Market Staff, in which case vendor site fees can be refunded or other arrangements made.
SITE TYPES AVAILABLE…ALL ARE OUTDOORS
  • Infield site (10’x10’) does not allow parking at your tent/canopy. You may drive in to drop off tent/merchandise. Arrival MUST be no later than 7:30 AM.
  • Perimeter field site (10’ x up to 28’) includes space for your vehicle plus tent/canopy.  
SITE ASSIGNMENTS - NEW THIS YEAR
  • Sites are NOT assigned on a first come first served basis.  They are  determined by vendors' products, physical needs, and product diversity.  Variety of products is a top priority,
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT - NEW THIS YEAR
  • Processing of applications will begin March 23..
  • Invoices will be sent by email (or USPS if necessary) detailing site location and amount due.
  • Payment by credit card will be ONLINE.  Payment can also be by check or money order payable to CCA, but cash is not accepted.
