Plein Air Artists Dinner - 09/09/2022
Catered dinner for registered plein air artists.
Friday, September 9, 7 to 9 pm at the Chincoteague Museum's Legacy Pavilion. $20 per person includes dinner catered by the chefs at Channel Bass Inn. Choices of entrées are:
- Brined Grilled Chicken - herb au jus with cheddar grits cake, sweet corn, red bell pepper, smoked tomato vinaigrette.
- Mediterranean Sea Bass - lemon butter, corn puree, basmati rice-charred scallion, garlic butter, green beans with parmesan, fennel, pesto.
- Vegetarian Option - red pepper stuffed with basmati rice, feta, spinach, garlic, red pepper flake with choice of vegetable (Green Beans or Sweet Corn).
Soft drinks, tea and coffee will be provided. You are also welcome to BYOB.
Each artist may bring one guest, so select only 1 or 2 under quantity and check your choice of entrée for each. Follow all the prompts to complete purchase. Reservations are not complete until payment is made.
