You must bring a small piece of furniture to work on such as a chair, accent table, wall shelf, etc.
Learn how to paint an old piece of furniture to make it look new! This class will teach you to prep, paint and bedazzle (if desired) a piece of furniture that you thought was at the end of its useful life. We will discuss types of paint (chalk paint, all in one, and a few others), prep materials, brushes, stenciling, decorating ideas and sealants.
Cheryl is a self taught artist inspired by the beauty of Chincoteague Island. Artistic mediums include acrylic, water colors, oil pastels, shell creations, driftwood art and furniture painting and restoration.
