Russell is a Chincoteague waterman, eco tour guide, and renowned cooker of seafood. If anyone knows how to cook an oyster, he does. Russell will teach you how to open oysters, prepare them for cooking, cook them, and then the class will eat every last one.
Please bring and wear a mask during the class except when eating. Covid-19. Hand sanitizer will be provided.
