Prospective instructors: complete and submit this form to define and schedule a class. If the class is being held at the CCA building, check with your class facilitator to ensure the building/room is reserved for the requested date and time. Please provide both the start and end time for your class.

Suggested base price is $35 per student. Add in the cost (per student) of any supplies you are supplying. Instructors receive the total registration fees minus $50 that goes to CCA for services that support the class.
