Karen Hellen
Inspired by her artist Grandfather, Karen Hellen began graphite drawing at a very young age. Still enjoying pencil drawing,Karen has also worked in pastels, colored pencils, pen and ink, and watercolors. Lucky enough to be part of the Chincoteague community for more than 30 years, she finds inspiration on both Chincoteague and Assateague Islands.
