PLEIN AIR ARTWORK UPLOAD FORM

Use this form to enter your artwork to the show after registering.
DIRECTIONS:
  • You may submit up to six (6) works in total to the show.  Use this form once for each artwork.
  • If your browser is set to auto-fill form fields, be careful to update fields with correct information for each artwork.
  • Provide a short description or backstory for each artwork, such as where you painted it and what inspired you to choose this subject--anything that makes it more interesting to potential buyers. Also, provide a short biography of yourself in the field so labeled on your first upload. For a sample of how to best complete this form, click here.
  • Please provide high resolution photographic images of each artwork without frame, mat or glass. You are responsible for adding watermarks, if desired. If an artwork is being sold in a frame or mat, a photograph of the piece in the frame or mat should also be provided. Images must be at least 72 pixels per inch (ppi) and no more than 2 megabytes in size. Try to take your photos with the viewing angle perpendicular (at a right angle) to artwork for best results. Your images will be reviewed for quality and you will be notified if they do not render well on the internet.  For tips on how to best photograph your art, click here.

    By submitting this form, the artist agrees to the following terms:
    • I agree to display the art work defined in this application for the duration of the show. 
    • I understand that my artwork will be sold online and I give permission for CCA to display my photographs of my artwork on the CCA Website and on social media for publicity.
    • I understand that my email address will be displayed on my artworks' webpage(s) and that prospective customers may contact me via email with questions.
    • I agree to deliver any sold artwork to CCA on Saturday, September 18 from 12 noon to 2 pm, and that CCA will arrange pick up or shipment of sold artwork, unless I make other arrangements ahead of time with the Sale Coordinator.  If I do make arrangements to ship sold art myself, I will insure the package and provide a tracking number to CCA.
    • Chincoteague Cultural Alliance (CCA) will pay me in a timely manner 75% of the sale price on work sold from the show.
    • Although every precaution will be taken to safeguard all of works held by CCA for local pickup or shipment, CCA is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of artwork.
Please Note:  It may take considerable time for your submission to be processed, especially if your image files are large. Please wait for the confirmation page to appear and do not click submit more than once as that will slow the process.
